  • 600 grams of chicken breast

  • Extra virgin olive oil to taste

  • All-purpose flour as needed

  • Dried oregano to taste

  • 100 grams of lemon juice

  • 200 grams of water

  • 10 grams of sugar

  • 10 grams of soy sauce

  • 20 grams of cornstarch

  • Salt to taste


Grate the lemon zest, squeeze the juice, and strain it. To prepare the chicken, split the chicken breast in half, remove any fatty parts, and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Greek salad


  • Lettuce

  • Tomato

  • 1 red onion

  • Half a green bell pepper

  • Half a cucumber
